Scholarship Gala

St. Joseph’s College will hold its 32nd Annual Scholarship Gala on Friday, November 7, at the Crest Hollow Country Club in Woodbury. The event will begin with cocktails at 7 p.m., followed by dinner and dancing at 8 p.m.

Proceeds from the gala will be used to establish The Rose and Jack Calareso Community Service Scholarship, which will be awarded to a current or incoming St. Joseph’s College student who has displayed extraordinary commitment to his or her community. Thanks to the generosity of alumni and friends, the College has over 60 named scholarships to support students on the Brooklyn and Long Island campuses.

The 2013 Annual Scholarship Gala raised over $330,000 in support of student scholarships. Over the past five years, SJC has received more than $6 million in new scholarship funding thanks to bequests from alumni and friends.
